Why do you publish your prices?
Because you shouldn’t have to sit through a sales call to find out whether we fit your budget. The packages are real starting points, and your final number is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Who owns my website?
You do. Your domain, hosting, code, content and logins are set up in your name. We never hold a site hostage.
What if I want to leave?
You already have every login, so you can go whenever you like. We’ll help hand things over to whoever is next.
What isn’t included in the price?
Things like domain registration, paid plugins or stock photos are paid directly by you, in your name. Anything like that is listed in your written quote, so there are no surprises.
Do I need a care plan?
No, they’re optional. Your site belongs to you either way. A care plan just means the people who built it keep it updated, backed up and fixed.
